N9NE Steak House
Stainless
steel and Lucite, silver mesh curtains and luxurious silver fabric on the
chairs are neat. As a counterpoint, there's a mix of dark walnut woods and
leather and suede furniture. When you enter, there is a comfortable lounge
for you to enjoy while you wait for the rest of your group. Central to the
dining room is the 16-seat round caviar bar where the elite meet to eat. A
24-ounce bone-in rib eye is a favorite as is the 22-ounce porterhouse and
the New York strip. There are exceptional fish and pasta dishes, too. |

Tao Asian Bistro
Buddha
is everywhere, and apparently watching over the chef's as
they prepare amazing Asian fare including appetizers like
lobster dumplings, crispy tuna tataki, edamame, duck
spring rolls, and eggplant tempura. The wine list is
extensive and compliments the menu in extraordinary ways,
and when you are done, you can head upstairs to the Tao
nightclub for an evening of hedonistic pleasures. |

Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse
Don't
let the casual-dining environment and simple, rustic décor fool you. Central to
Pampas' menu is
the Rodizio experience -- unlimited servings of 11 different marinated meats, served by a parade of servers brandishing
machete-like knives. Among the long list of tropical drinks is the
house signature Caipirinha a traditional Brazilian beverage served
with ypioca, cacheeca, lime and sangria, made with red or white crème de
Bordeaux and fresh fruit. |

Firefly
Until
now, tapas -- bar snacks and savories that originated in
the Basque regions of northern Spain -- have been slow to
arrive in Vegas, in spite of achieving popularity in
larger cities. That may all change with the addition of
Firefly. With its green, sponge-painted walls, Dali-esque
chairs and backlit bar, Firefly has a certain style, and
the ever-changing menu and late-night hours are sure to
draw the attention of curiosity seekers and after-show
partiers. A few of the must-haves include babyback ribs
with a mango barbecue sauce, merguez (spicy lamb sausage),
old-fashioned steak frites (a skirt steak with some
Parmesan-dusted French fries) and, of course, fruity
sangria. |

Rare 120°
The
culinary philosophy of Rare 120º is simple: using fresh
and high-quality seasonal ingredients to reinvent classic
steakhouse dishes with a deliciously light, modern twist.
The cutting edge “a la carte” menu allows the customer to
build their ideal steak and choose their sides.
Carnivorous selections include items such as the
Argentinean Grass Fed Ribeye and the Tuscan Veal Chop.
With the emphasis on organic and farm raised meats, the
discerning customer will be tastefully reminded of the
restaurant’s philosophy of quality selection. |

Nightclubs |
TAO
The 10,000-square-foot
nightclub at the Venetian is modeled after the successful
New York City club of the same name. The nightclub is part
of the $20-million entertainment complex, which also
includes a restaurant, banquet facilities and ultra
lounge, all located under the watchful eye of Tao's
signature 20-foot Buddha. The nightclub features two rooms
- The Temple and The Emperor's Ballroom - with varied
music formats. There are eight private sky boxes equipped
with mini bars, espresso machines and banquettes featuring
secure purse drawers.

Tryst
You
descend the marble staircase leading to a lounge, complete
with its own DJ booth, tables and couches. The walls are
covered almost completely by mirrors and you see the plush
red velvet walls of the hall that transitions to the
nightclub. As you emerge from the hall, you can't miss the
club's centerpiece - a 94-foot waterfall. A dark-tiled
dance floor in the center of the club opens out onto the
patio, extending 15 feet over the water outside. Plush,
vanilla-colored seating lines the patio, which wraps
around the semicircular lagoon. Exclusive seating and beds
are available right next to the spectacular waterfall.

Pure
Maybe
the success of Pure was preordained. Launched by a
consortium of celebrities, the 36,000-square-foot Las
Vegas nightclub has been an unstoppable success since
opening night. If a low-key, relaxed evening is your idea
of a good time, avoid Pure at all costs. But if partying
with Hollywood royalty, the country's hottest DJs and a
few thousand of your closest friends sounds like a night
on the town, there is no better place to be. |

Golf |
The Legacy
The Legacy Golf Club
annually hosts the local U.S. Open qualifying and the
A.J.G.A. National Tournament. The 7,200 yard course
designed by Arthur Hills has multiple tier Scottish
fairways, rugged lava rock and large undulating greens.
Keeping with the theme of Las Vegas, the design of the
10th hole named "The Suits" is one to remember. Tee off on
this 193-yard par three from tee boxes shaped like a
diamond, heart, club or spade to a three-tiered green. We
believe that this golf course, coupled with scenic views
and customer service offer a pleasurable experience for
all our guests. |

|
Angel Park - Palm Course
The
par-70 Palm Course (opened in 1989) plays 6,525 yards from
the back tees with a rating/slope of 70.9/129. The shorter
of the two full-size courses, it nevertheless demands
solid shotmaking as it requires more forced carries off
its well-manicured tee boxes, and its par 3's are longer
than those on the Mountain Course. The 459-yard 10th is
one of the course's toughest holes, with its green
virtually surrounded by bunkers. |

Blush
- Ultra Lounge
A rich palette of deep green, chocolate brown, gold
and shimmering metallics create an ambience of sensual elegance. The club
features a series of contemporary paintings that add a provocative and edgy
feel. Additional seating banquettes around a new dance floor produce a
circular flow to the space. The open-air patio and bar have been enhanced with
lighted topiaries and outdoor seating surrounded by lush foliage. |
