Ghost Bar
You're not floating-it just
feels that way in this futuristic ethereal paradise
drifting high above Las Vegas. Located on the 55th floor
of Palms, the rectangular bar sports 12-foot
floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides and the furniture
is highly stylized. As chic as the decor is, the real
showstopper is the view. You can get a 360-degree look at
the Strip and its glittering surroundings from Ghostbar's
open-air deck. Step onto the 3' x 4' clear acrylic
panel and you'll see 55 floors straight down. If you've
ever longed for a room with a view, this is the place.
Pure Nighclub
The sprawling, mega-club is decked out in various shades
of white and light accents. There are several different areas inside (and
out!) catering to several different kinds of customers. The Pussycat Dolls
Lounge (which counts both as a separate venue and an adjunct to Pure) features
performances from the Dolls, as well as celebrities like Jessica Simpson and
Audrina Patridge. There’s the Red Room, which has a very laid-back lounge
vibe, the main room with the VIP/stage area and the outside terrace area,
complete with fire pit. And unlike any family home you’ve ever heard of, the
Pure house encourages people to dance just about everywhere – including on the
furniture.
