Trevi Restaurant
Trevi Restaurant is part of
the Morton's Restaurant Group. Choose from a variety of daily specials including risotto, wood-fired pizza, fish, fresh pasta, handmade gelato, and sorbetto. The a la carte menu also offers salads and mid-priced entrees. You can dine in the club-style dining room or on an al fresco-style terrace under a giant dome that looks like a Mediterranean sky.
Men,
The Show at
Sapphire
"The Show" begins with the requisite countdown and
theatrical entrance in dramatic, floor-length leather
coats. What follows is a series of themed fantasies: the
cop, the fireman, the cowboy, the biker and even the
twins. The greatest crowd reactions come not so much from
the dancing (beef and brawn can interfere with those J.
Timberlake moves) but from the sudden appearance of
washboard abs when an entire suit vanishes. When "Men, The
Show" concludes, do not expect to be notified. The show
rolls right into nonstop, partly choreographed
dollar-dances by the performers. And ladies,
these boys can go all night long ....
Tryst
You descend the marble
staircase leading to a lounge, complete with its own
DJ booth, tables and couches. The walls are covered
almost completely by mirrors and you see the plush red
velvet walls of the hall that transitions to the
nightclub. As you emerge from the hall, you can't miss the
club's centerpiece - a 94-foot waterfall. A dark-tiled
dance floor in the center of the club opens out onto the
patio, extending 15 feet over the water outside. Plush,
vanilla-colored seating lines the patio, which wraps
around the semicircular lagoon. Exclusive seating and beds
are available right next to the spectacular waterfall.
